Global Chain Connectivity Support ensuring the seamless performance of our API-connected hotel chains. This is a technical support role, not a commercial one — ideal for someone experienced in working with chains via switch platforms like Derbysoft and SynXis, who knows what good connectivity looks like and how to spot when something’s off. You’ll work closely with our Chain Account Managers and tech enablement teams to monitor live connections, analyse Look-to-Book (L2B) ratios, and fine-tune feeds post-LIVE to ensure high performance and contractual compliance.
