An international real estate group in Marbella is seeking a German-speaking Telemarketing Agent to engage with interested property buyers. This office-based role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying their interest, and booking meetings with real estate agents. The ideal candidate is fluent in German, confident, and motivated to help clients, with a passion for delivering great service.

Formación

• Native or fluent German, with strong communication skills in English.
• Friendly, confident, and motivated to deliver great service.
• Based within 30-40 minutes of Bel-Air (Estepona) - full-time office-based.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is welcome but not essential.
• Comfortable working two weekend shifts per month.

As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our Telemarketing Department and looking for a German-speaking Telemarketing Agent to join our team in Bel-Air, Estepona.

This is a vital front-line role where you’ll be reaching out to interested clients from our database - people who have already signed up to receive more information about buying property in Spain.

Your mission is to engage with them, understand their interest, and book an online meeting with one of our real estate agents.

It’s a people-focused role, perfect for someone who enjoys conversation, follows structure, and wants to work in a supportive, international environment.

What You’ll Do

• Call potential clients from our database who’ve requested more information


• Build rapport and qualify their interest in buying property in Spain


• Book online meetings for our real estate agents

Who You Are

• Native or fluent German, with strong communication skills in English


• Friendly, confident, and motivated to deliver great service


• Based within 30-40 minutes of Bel-Air (Estepona) - as this is a full-time office-based role


• Basic computer skills


• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is welcome but not essential


• Comfortable working two weekend shifts per month (12-20)
