We are looking for a highly motivated and results‑driven German‑speaking Account Manager Executive to join our dynamic Sales team. This role is crucial for managing and growing our client base within the high‑tech industry. The position offers a hybrid work model in Barcelona, Malaga or Valencia, or fully remote from other locations within Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long‑lasting customer relationships with our German‑speaking clients primarily via phone and digital channels.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets by proactively identifying new business opportunities and upselling or cross‑selling to existing accounts.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline from initial lead qualification through to successful deal closure.
  • Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our high‑tech products and services to effectively communicate value propositions and tailored solutions to clients.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities and competitors to position our offerings effectively.
  • Reporting: Accurately track sales activities, update customer information and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports using our CRM system.
Requirements (Must‑Haves)
  • Language Proficiency: Bilingual German (C2) mandatory; B2 English required for internal communication and documentation.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Account Management, Business Development, etc.
  • Legal Status: Must possess a valid Spanish Residence Card or European Union ID that permits working in Spain.
  • High‑Tech Interest: A strong interest in or prior exposure to the High‑Tech IT or Telecommunications industry is a significant advantage.
  • Skills: Proven negotiation, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills; highly organized and able to manage time effectively.
Work Environment & Logistics
  • Work Schedule: 39 hours per week Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00 (with scheduled breaks).
  • Location: Hybrid in our offices in Barcelona, Malaga or Valencia; fully remote from any other location within Spain.
  • Equipment: All necessary work equipment will be provided by the company (laptop, headset, monitor, etc.).
