Relocation bonus available for candidates moving from abroad. Hybrid work options offered.

What youll do :
  • Be the trusted advisor for small and medium businesses helping them succeed through Google Ads and online campaigns .
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients understanding their business goals and offering tailored advertising solutions .
  • Spot opportunities to grow client accounts from upselling campaigns to optimizing ad performance.
  • Use data and insights to provide strategic recommendations that drive measurable results.
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure clients achieve long‑term success.
What were looking for :
  • Fluent German (C1) and strong English (B2).
  • Previous experience in sales account management or digital marketing (Google Ads knowledge is a big plus!).
  • A consultative mindset with the ability to turn client needs into impactful solutions.
  • Confident using tools like Salesforce Excel or digital ad platforms.
  • Self‑motivated proactive and excited about working in a fast‑paced international environment.
