You are fluent in German and would like to work from home in Spain. • Act as the first point of contact for German customers providing support for all inquiries before during and after the booking.
• Support customers via phone and e-mail communication.
• Engage customers with expert knowledge of products and services.
• Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through friendly and professional service.
• Collaborate as a team player and handle administrative tasks within the team.

YOUR SKILLS

• Full proficiency in German and fluent English skills.
• Strong passion for service and enjoyment in assisting customers.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience working with MS Office.
• Willingness to work remotely from home available Monday to Sunday.
