About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated German-speaking professional who wants to grow in full-cycle recruitment and build a successful career in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Previous recruitment experience—especially in 360° IT recruitment—is a plus. However, we are mainly looking for two types of profiles :

  • Professionals with a commercial or sales background who want to transition into a more dynamic recruitment role.
  • Talent Acquisition specialists who are eager to move into a more sales-oriented, client-facing position.
What You’ll Do
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, interviews, client coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Actively network and build lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
  • Develop strong expertise in IT recruitment with continuous training and mentorship.
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to the team’s growth.
What We’re Looking For
  • Fluent / native German + good English or Spanish.
  • Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or sales (minimum 6–12 months).
  • Strong commercial mindset and interest in business development.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, resilient, and eager to achieve results.
