We are seeking a third partner to join our new real estate business which will be launching in early 2023. The two existing partners have combined experience of more than 40 years in the Spanish property market and we will be opening our new "one stop property shop" in Benidorm in February.

We are seeking a real estate professional with a wide knowledge of the local property market to join us as our General Manager to oversee the many and varied activities of the company. Good communication skills are essential as are a self-starter attitude and entrepreneurial flair in keeping with the objectives of this new company.

We offer an excellent remuneration package and our preference is for the successful candidate to also become a shareholder in the company by making a small investment. This is not because we need your cash, but it would indicate that you are totally committed to our venture and not just seeking a short-term position (discussion on this point at interview).

The company will be involved primarily with property sales and rentals in the Benidorm area at the outset, although we will be expanding into other locations as well as introducing other products in the near future. The company works quite differently from most other real estate businesses and we will be discussing some of our strategies at interview with suitable candidates.

Minimum Requirements:

5. Ability to speak Spanish a bonus, also any other languages
