A prestigious manufacturing company in Madrid is seeking a Senior GCP Platform Site Reliability Engineer to design and maintain a multi-cloud Kubernetes platform. Formación

• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) and CI/CD automation.
• Solid understanding of observability stacks and cloud networking.

Overview

For a prestigious manufacturing company in Barcelona, we are recruiting a Senior GCP Platform Site Reliability Engineer to support millions of customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a multi‑cloud Kubernetes platform to support multiple domains and squads.
• Architect and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and Google Cloud Platform services.
• Collaborate with software teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of critical digital products.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and adopt GitOps practices.
• Monitor and observe systems using Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, and OpenTelemetry.
• Secure cloud networking and enforce security best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) and CI/CD automation.
• Solid understanding of observability stacks and cloud networking.
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB) and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus) is a plus.
