Location: Bogotá, Colombia
Work model: On-site
Employment type: Full-time, Fixed term (12 months)

Compensation: Fixed base salary + performance bonus

Your mission:

Host live games with charisma, confidence, and professionalism
Maintain a dynamic on-camera presence that keeps players engaged
Collaborate with international teams and local management
Contribute to an exciting, fast-paced atmosphere that keeps players coming back
Continuously improve your presentation performance through feedback and training

What you bring:

Native-level fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (C2) and strong English (B2 minimum)
Flexibility to work in rotational 24/7 shifts (7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, 11 PM–7 AM)
Enthusiastic personality with a passion for gaming and live entertainment
Strong communication and camera presence with a professional demeanor
Previous on-camera or presentation experience is a plus
