This role involves researching potential clients, making sales calls, and meeting revenue targets, all supported by comprehensive training and an engaging work environment. Fluency in Spanish is essential, along with confidence in both phone and in-person interactions.

About the role

There will be high phone activity as well as Teams and face to face meetings, to build long lasting relationships and close deals.
We want you to be inspired, challenged and motivated to success so we offer strong onboarding & trainings delivered by everyone in the team and other departments (and external sources), fully paid exams to get Regulated (Bank of Spain/CNMV regulation and Derivatives qualification) as well as guidance and support from our senior sales managers. We pride ourselves on paying some of the highest year one commission. Key responsibilities

As FX Sales, you will be responsible for:

  • Researching prospective clients to understand their business and potential requirements, adding and disqualifying leads daily.
  • Making introductory calls to new corporate clients.
  • Building a sales pipeline alongside multiple mentors with 10+ FX sales experience.
  • Ensuring all revenue targets are met in line with Bank of Spain/CNMV regulationsand that the interests of the client are at the forefront of all sales activity.
  • Developing internal relationships with all departments in the business, one team, one dream!
  • Being aware of and taking an active interest in FX movements and the world economy and this impacts prospects and client’s financial performance.
  • Meeting weekly and monthly targets on call performance, quality and sales.
  • Attending regular, training sessions, taking initiative to listen to own calls and others, holding yourself and peers accountable, owning your success.
  • Keeping up to date with market structure changes and regulation.


This is office based role.
