Role Overview

We are looking for people experienced Full Stack Data & Analytics Developers supporting ERP reporting and data visualization initiatives within international humanitarian organizations. Specialized in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and Power BI, with a strong background in data modeling, data engineering, and report development.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing end‑to‑end reporting solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Developing dashboards and paginated reports in Power BI based on business requirements across HR, Finance, Logistics, and Project Management.
• Building scalable data products using SQL, PySpark, and Data Vault / Dimensional modeling techniques.
• Ensuring data quality, performance optimization, and secure deployment to production environments.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams in Geneva and Budapest, with fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering, including 3+ years with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse and Power BI.
• Proven experience with big‑data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Spark / Hadoop).
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and Java.
• Familiarity with data governance, architecture, and large‑scale data pipelines.
