Overview

At Floox we design, develop and manufacture fast and ultra-fast DC charging points for electric vehicles. Currently our solutions cover ranges from 30kW to 360kW in DC.

Floox was born as a brand of solutions for electric mobility of Premium PSU after a 40 years of experience in power and energy conversion solutions (power supplies, DC / DC converters, inverters, battery chargers and bidirectional converters) in the electric industry, rail transport and high-tech equipment sectors and has a team of more than 130 people.

We work to revolutionize electric mobility to create a more effective, easier and sustainable world.

You will design, develop and evolve the Floox Care platform solutions with the following goals :

• Be the main driver in the maintenance and evolution of the set of solutions that are part of the Floox Care project.
• Contribute to innovation, continuous improvement and transfer of knowledge.
• Integrate into cross-functional teams to digitize and innovate, increasing productivity, improving service, and operational efficiency.
• Research and evaluate new technologies to continuously improve services, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement the design, development, and maintenance of high-efficiency software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external SW development teams, and HW development teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Implement and enforce best practices in software development, including security by default, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our systems by implementing robust architectures and engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Proven experience developing backend and frontend solutions and architectures.
• Strong technical background in NextJS / Typescript, Go Lang, GraphQL.
• Familiarity with MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, Java and large-scale integrations.
• Experience with Docker, Google Cloud-native infrastructure.
• Experience with time series databases and building of Semantic Models for BI Systems.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and scalable API design.
• Experience in e-Mobility is highly valued.
• Advanced level of English.
