Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers (B2C or B2B) via telephone, chat, and email.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently regarding products, services, accounts, or order fulfillment.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and accurately document all service interactions.
  • Collaborate within a multicultural team environment in Spain.
Requirements
  • Native or high‑level fluency (C1 / C2) in French (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Fluent English is required for internal communication and training.
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service or BPO / Call Center environment is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and a professional, patient demeanor.
  • Must be eligible to work in the EU / Spain.
