Intracon Consulting is a 360º HR consultancy with more than 10 years of experience with clients such as Hewlett-Packard (HP). The company is part of Intracon Spain, along with Intracon Marketing Solutions, a global agency that helps B2B companies achieve their goals with creative Marketing and Sales solutions.

We are looking for a Freelance Business Analyst Support to join our team and provide support to the 3D division of one of our main clients, the multinational technology company HP (Hewlett-Packard).

About the role :

  • Dedication: Full-time
  • Work model: Hybrid, with an initial on-site training period.

Responsibilities
  • As the Services Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in 3D Polymers by supporting the organization’s financials and driving strategic direction. Your main responsibilities will be :
  • Partner with the Product Management, Current Business Management, Services or Finance teams to lead and develop governance in the long-term planning, budget, and quota processes.
  • Construct financial models to forecast, monitor and track business performance.
  • Establish the metrics required to measure business performance.
  • From complex data, analyze and identify root causes of performance deviations.
  • Support the development of effective presentation materials for executive-level reviews related to finances, budget, and operational insight.
  • Support Product Management with product life cycle management including offering and pricing setup.
Background & Skills
  • 6 years’ experience in Business management, Finance and / or Operation.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science or similar.
  • Strong financial, business and analytical skills. Develop and implement action plans.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a complex organization with global stakeholders.
  • Structured mindset and approach. Growth mindset. Positive and constructive attitude to challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, and influence skills.
