Overview

Are you skilled in team management and passionate about automation? Then we are looking for you. SupportYourApp is searching for a Project Manager to join our Automation team, where your expertise in leadership and optimization will enhance our departments' efficiency and satisfaction.

What you will do
  • Lead the Automations Team, which consists of Python developers;
  • Distribute tasks among team members, monitor their execution, and ensure compliance with established deadlines and quality standards;
  • Plan, manage, and control the development processes within the team to ensure the timely completion of automation projects;
  • Conduct research and analysis of the company's business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization;
  • Explore third-party systems that can be integrated for process automation or optimization;
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and user instructions related to developed automation solutions;
  • Develop and describe standard procedures;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Automations Team and other departments to ensure alignment with automation initiatives;
  • Organize and conduct team meetings, provide progress updates, and ensure clear communication of goals and expectations;
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of developed scripts and automation processes.
What you need to succeed in this role
  • 2+ years of experience in managing a team, ability to motivate and develop its members;
  • 2+ years of experience in conducting business process analysis;
  • Communication skills, with experience conducting meetings and writing reports;
  • Experience providing constructive feedback, resolving conflicts and finding compromises;
  • Ability to effectively plan projects, allocate resources and control deadlines;
  • Confident knowledge and practical experience applying Agile, Kanban or other project management methodologies;
  • Ability to make decisions in complex situations;
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize;
  • Responsibility, proactivity, ability to work autonomously;
  • Understanding of software development processes;
  • Knowledge and experience creating technical documentation;
  • Written and spoken English from Intermediate (B1) level or higher.
Will be a plus
  • 1+ year of experience working with version control tools (Git) and CI / CD;
  • Knowledge of Python.
