Formación

  • 3-4 years of experience in Account Management or similar roles in digital or e-commerce.
  • High level of English proficiency required.
  • Proactive and organized mindset with the ability to adapt.
  • Solid understanding of last-mile delivery models.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage and develop client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand clients’ needs and coordinate tailored solutions.
  • Work with IT and Marketing teams to support integrations and onboarding.
  • Analyze account performance and market trends for growth opportunities.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and reports.
