The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with Spanish accounting and tax regulations while overseeing financial statements and audits. Formación

• Minimum 5-10 years in GL and Tax experience is preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English, fair in Chinese will be good.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all finance and accounting operations.
• Ensure the legal and tax compliance.
• Implement/Prepare of Yearly Budget.
• Coordinate all activities of the Finance Team.

Knowledge in Spain Accounts and tax laws

Fluent in written and spoken Spanish

Proficiency of PC applications

Strong PPT & spreadsheet skills

Your mission

As Finance Supervisor at BYD Iberia, your mission is to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of all financial and accounting operations within the organization. You will play a key role in maintaining robust financial processes, overseeing statutory reporting, and ensuring full compliance with Spanish accounting and tax regulations.

What you’ll do

• Manage all finance and accounting operations, such as daily voucher review etc.
• Work with accounting firm to review the local financial statement.
• Issue Financial Statements (Yearly and Intermediate).
• Attend Yearly Audit process.
• Attend Banks requirements.
• Ensure the legal and tax compliance (Monthly/Yearly).
• Define Accounting structure (Accounting codes, center cost, BU).
• Bank reconciliation reviewing.
• Review Accounts receivables monthly report.
• Implementation/Preparation of Yearly Budget.
• Establish and Review the Policys and Procedures.
• Coordinate all activities of the Finance Team.

What You Bring

• Bachelor graduate or diploma holder in Accounting / Finance / Business;
• Minimum 5-10 years in GL and Tax experience is preferred;
• Knowledge in Spain Accounts and tax laws;
• Proficiency of PC applications and SAP system, strong PPT & spreadsheet skills; good at financial analysis.
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English, fair in Chinese will be good;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility.
