• 3–5 years in FP&A, controlling, or financial analysis roles.
• Experience in multinational environments or infrastructure sectors is a plus.

• Track internal and external billing for all companies.
• Assist in preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

Overview

Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented FP&A Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to join our Finance team. The role supports analytical accounting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision‑making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial closings, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial data.
• Track internal and external billing for all companies.
• Support internal and external audit processes with relevant financial data and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights on business performance.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and senior management.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather financial inputs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Participate in digitalization and process improvement initiatives within the Finance function.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in FP&A, controlling, or financial analysis roles; experience in multinational environments or infrastructure sectors is a plus.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; high attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Technical: Advanced Excel; Power BI or similar tools is a plus; experience with SAP or other ERP systems; fluent in English and Spanish (minimum C1 in both).
