A leading technology company located in Spain is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage finance-related data recording and ensure accuracy in relevant systems. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in General Accounting within a shared service setting and possess a degree in Accountancy or a related field. Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects will be essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years work experience in General Accounting in a shared service setting.
• Graduate of a relevant course.
• Knowledgeable of ERP Systems, preferred knowledge in CPM.

Job description

Job Description:

• Record finance related data in relevant system (example: SAP/CPM)
• Ensure timely recording of transactions / requests from the business
• Validate/check data to be recorded against supporting/source documents
• Ensure accuracy of data recorded in the required system/tool
• Liase/coordinate with relevant Business Units / teams in the event there are concerns or issues on the finance/project related data being recorded
• Maintain / record changes in the recorded transaction as necessary
• Perform other tasks relevant to the role

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience in General Accounting in Global Shared Services Shared Service setting
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (any business related course)
• Knowledgeable of ERP System (SAP & CPM)
• Knowledge/Experience in CPM preferred / nice to have.
• Knowledge in project P&L analysis is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office
• With excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Can handle multiple type of projects/accounts
• Can work on extended hours during month end closing and forecasting period
• Willing to work on Philippine holidays
