We are looking for a passionate FINANCE ASSISTANT to join our Finance Department in Barcelona

Responsibilities
  • Assign purchase orders to invoices and follow up.
  • Process and supplier invoices and expense claims.
  • Process and follow up on payments, and reconcile missed payments.
  • Bank accounts reconciliation.
  • Direct interaction with clients to ensure a timely collection of payments.
  • Interacting with various levels of staff and advisors to obtain information, resolve issues, and provide support on special projects, as needed.
  • Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, audit packages, and journal entries with referenced supporting documentation while maintaining and monitoring the Company’s transactional activity.
  • Supporting and preparing reports and materials needed by accountants and tax preparers.
  • Assisting with the monthly and quarterly financial close process across multiple entities within the group.
  • Consolidating financial data and supporting intercompany reconciliations to ensure accurate group-level reporting.
What are we looking for
  • Our ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of previous experience in administration in international companies, but above all, a great desire to get involved and grow with us!
  • Diploma in Administration and / or Accounting.
  • Demonstrable experience with invoicing, payments, collections, and bank management.
  • Advanced skills with the MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Fluency in Spanish and Intermediate English (B1–B2).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management skills, and are self‑motivated and have initiative.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind.
  • Ease in collaborating with all levels of management. >Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
