A leading global entertainment company is seeking a Licensing Sales Manager in Fashion based in Madrid. This fixed-term contract role involves shaping strategic partnerships, driving business growth across EMEA, and managing a robust portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in fashion, fluency in Spanish and English, and excellent financial acumen. Collaboration with multiple teams and understanding of fashion trends are crucial for success. Role requires four days on-site attendance per week.

Formación

  • Solid background in fashion buying, merchandising, or commercial sales.
  • Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Strong financial acumen, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated competence in analysing information and implementing recommendations.

Responsabilidades

  • Partner with stakeholders to drive success across Disney franchises.
  • Lead the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting.
  • Champion contract negotiations for selected accounts.
  • Coordinate market meetings, sharing insights for continuous improvement.
