The ideal candidate should possess strong culinary expertise, particularly in Continental, French, and Spanish cuisines. Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, designing menus, and ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. A culinary degree and proven experience as a Head Chef are preferred. Overview

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef for our client, a leading holding group in the hospitality sector based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should bring creativity, leadership, and deep culinary expertise—particularly in Continental, French, and Spanish cuisines—to oversee and elevate kitchen operations at their Ruwais location.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety.
  • Design, plan, and execute menus that reflect expertise in Continental, French, and Spanish cuisines.
  • Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a productive and professional work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Production and Project Managers to ensure timely food production aligned with client needs and operational schedules.
  • Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control in line with company policies and budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with local health regulations and internal food safety standards (HACCP or equivalent).
  • Innovate and introduce new menu items based on seasonal ingredients, trends, and customer preferences.
  • Handle customer feedback or client requirements in coordination with the service or project team.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on expertise in Continental, French, and Spanish cuisines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
