We are recognized for our commitment to innovation, technical expertise, and customer satisfaction. As we expand in the European region, we are looking for a skilled Territory Sales Manager who can understand complex technical needs and deliver impactful solutions for our customers in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with potential customers across the European region, developing leads and building relationships.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations, clearly communicating the value and functionality of our products.
  • Customize proposals and solutions based on client needs and market demands.
  • Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and support teams to ensure in-depth knowledge of product offerings and capabilities.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contract documentation.
  • Track sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activity, using insights to enhance regional sales strategies.
  • Travel within the European region as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business (preferred but not required), or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Preferably 2+ years of experience on technical sales in the solar or metal roofing industry, with a preference in the European market.
  • Strong understanding within the solar industry and the installation process.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build client relationships.
  • Self‑motivated and capable of working independently within a remote, regional structure.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation tools.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the European region.
