A global logistics company in Madrid is seeking an experienced Europe I2C Director to lead the implementation of I2C services. The Europe I2C Director is primarily responsible for the end‑to‑end (E2E) delivery and implementation of I2C services for the region by coordinating the Transaction‑to‑Invoice Billing, cash collection teams and Genpact resources to ensure the delivery of the key metrics and business objectives. The role drives the transformation agenda, encourages and supports standardisation, a culture of process improvement and the outsourcing of all possible activities to Genpact. Secure the integrity and compliance of all systems and processes associated with the declaration, master data, pricing, invoicing and collections of the Customer portfolio.
The Europe I2C Director will be responsible for regional management of the outsourced Service Provider (Genpact) ensuring that services are in line with contract obligations and that delivery meets the business needs and expectations. Work with the Strategy & IS teams on prioritisation of the strategic initiative pipeline to secure fit‑for‑purpose change management, risk assessment and implementation plans.
