Eddy Current Steam Generator Inspection Analyst

The Eddy Current Steam Generator Inspection Analyst role provides eddy current expertise to analyze data collected during tube inspection for Steam Generator inspection to operational nuclear power plants worldwide and provides interface with the customer/safety authority on site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accountable to execute Eddy Current analysis activities in Westinghouse’s facilities or in a Customer Nuclear Power Plant worldwide:

• Proactively manage on a daily basis the execution of the project for the analysis activities (outage preparation, process activities, and closing) in a nuclear plant considering safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Interface with the data collection team to manage progress, priorities, schedule, and resources.
• Focus actions to achieve flawless execution to meet quality and schedule requirements.
• Develop lessons learned activities to drive continuous improvement between outages.

Education and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong technical interest and willingness to travel worldwide in a multi-cultural environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken); German is a plus.
• Eddy Current background or qualification and/or knowledge and experience in steam generator maintenance services is preferable.
