The Environmental, Safety, and Security (ESS) Officer will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, secure, and compliant workplace at Agri Exim Global Philippines. This position is responsible for implementing, monitoring, inspecting, and providing expert guidance on the company’s safety, security, health, and environmental programs. The ESS Officer will ensure adherence to both local and international safety regulations, proactively mitigating risks and maintaining a safe working environment for employees and the public.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years of solid experience as a Safety Officer.

DOLE-accredited Safety Officer 3 certification is required.

BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) and COSH (Construction Occupational Safety and Health) training is highly preferred.

Pollution Control Officer (PCO) accreditation is an advantage.

In-depth knowledge of local and international safety legislation (e.g., OSHA) and regulatory compliance.

Strong understanding of hazardous materials, workplace safety protocols, and risk mitigation strategies.

Experience in developing and implementing health and safety policies, including report writing and compliance documentation.

Skilled in data analysis and statistical reporting related to workplace safety.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Experience with safety management information systems is a plus.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and diligent in ensuring workplace safety standards.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively educate employees on health and safety best practices.
