A deep-tech startup venture in Bilbao seeks a CEO and co-founder to lead the business validation of a new company in the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will bring entrepreneurial leadership and a strong business strategy to secure partnerships and negotiate terms for technology transfer. This role offers significant equity and a stipend, alongside access to industry-specific resources and mentors. Passion for science-based innovation is a must.

Formación

• Experience founding or co-founding tech-based startups with proven traction.
• Passionate about science-based innovation, especially in Advanced Materials.
• Eligible to work in Spain (passport or visa required).

Responsabilidades

• Define vision, financial model, and business strategy of the spin-off.
• Lead market discovery with potential clients, partners, and investors.
• Secure first pilots or commercial agreements with industry stakeholders.
• Negotiate tech-transfer terms with involved research institutions.
