This is a leadership position within the company’s core engineering division, where you’ll guide a multidisciplinary team responsible for building robust and scalable systems that support the organization’s key products. You will collaborate closely with product leadership to align priorities, ensure technical excellence, and foster a culture of growth and collaboration across the team.
Lead a diverse group of engineers, ensuring team alignment, motivation, and professional development.
Take full responsibility for team performance, delivery of high-quality initiatives, and recruitment of top technical talent.
Collaborate with product management to define priorities that balance product vision and engineering capabilities.
Ensure the implementation of best practices to create scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions.
Provide technical guidance on architecture, design decisions, and code quality, actively contributing when needed.
Serve as the main technical contact, protecting the team from unnecessary distractions while keeping them informed.
Mentor and coach team members, supporting their career growth and skill enhancement.
Encourage a collaborative culture centered on learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Proven experience managing engineering teams, with a strong emphasis on performance, quality, and collaboration.
At least 10 years of professional experience in software engineering, including designing scalable and maintainable systems.
A track record of successfully delivering complex projects in agile and fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Willingness to engage in hands-on technical work when necessary.
Ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic, evolving situations.
Excellent communication skills for working across teams and engaging with various stakeholders.
