A leading energy solutions company in Madrid seeks an experienced Energy Efficiency Leader to provide technical expertise and strategic guidance on industrial heating efficiency. The candidate will engage in energy audits, validate equipment, and coach engineering teams. Applicants should hold a Master’s degree and have over 10 years of experience in heating systems.

Formación

  • 10+ years of experience in heating and steam systems.
  • Expert knowledge of industrial boilers and cogeneration equipment.

Responsabilidades

  • Providing training on energy audits and thermal demand simulations.
  • Validating and recommending optimal equipment and SCADA controls.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our efforts in industrial heating efficiency. The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise and strategic guidance across various business units, helping clients reduce energy consumption and decarbonize thermal processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Providing training on energy audits and thermal demand simulations
  • Validating and recommending optimal equipment and SCADA controls to maximize efficiency
  • Guiding the preparation of technical and economic proposals, including ROI analyses
  • Supporting tender management and contract closure with clients and suppliers, ensuring compliance with standards
Additional responsibilities
  • Developing standardized asset management processes for heating systems
  • Engaging with clients and providers for major projects
  • Coaching and developing Energy Efficiency engineers and managers
Key requirements

A Master’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or similar, 10+ years of experience in heating and steam systems, and expert knowledge of industrial boilers and cogeneration equipment.
