DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the design and development of innovative and efficient electronic projects, collaborating with engineers and other professionals.
- Conduct tests, simulations, and troubleshooting to evaluate and resolve issues in electronic systems and components.
- Create and interpret schematics, prototypes, and layouts for electronic circuits and PCBs.
- Perform soldering tasks with conventional components and prototype assembly using SMD components.
- Use testing equipment such as multimeters, power supplies, frequency generators, and oscilloscopes for diagnostics and validation.
- Design and assemble control, verification, and testing equipment; experience with Arduino-based systems is valued.
- Manage projects from conception through completion, ensuring they meet technical specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, BOMs, Gerbers, and component libraries.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in electronic design and development.
- Report findings and progress to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Support the creation and maintenance of firmware using programming languages such as C, C++, or Python for processors (e.g., PIC Microchip, Atmel).
- Collaborate on PCB/board design and routing using software such as Altium Designer, EDA, or P-CAD.
- Contact and collaboration with suppliers.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Technical Engineering, or a related field in electronics, electricity, and telecommunications.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in PCB/board design and routing, including BOM management and Gerber creation.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design.
- Familiarity with microcontrollers, embedded systems, and signal processing.
- Experience in soldering, PCB prototyping, and SMD component assembly.
- Proficiency with testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies.
- Experience with PCB design software (e.g., Altium Designer, EDA, P-CAD).
- Programming skills in C, C++, Python, and familiarity with development environments such as mikroC PRO or MPLAB.
- Experience in creating libraries for electronic components.
- Knowledge of Arduino systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of fundamental cybersecurity concepts related to electronic systems and embedded devices.
- Soft Skills:
- Initiative, good disposition, and excellent communication skills for teamwork.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Preferred Experience: Experience in a multinational environment is a plus.
