A fast-growing fashion brand is seeking a Digital Channel Manager to lead their online sales efforts. In this role, you will manage the e-commerce site, optimize product listings and landing pages, and ensure consistency across sales channels. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Flexible working hours are offered along with a gross annual salary of €27,000 plus bonus.

own and lead our web & digital channel end-to-end
, with one clear obsession :
growing online sales and profitability
while staying true to our brand’s look & feel and customer experience.
You will be responsible for making sure
our website sells at its full potential
: from how products go live, to how collections are merchandised, how landing pages are built, and how every step of the digital funnel is optimized.
Product catalog & digital visual merchandising
Upload and maintain products (names, descriptions, pricing, photos, tags, stock levels, etc.).
Create and optimize collections, categories and filters to make navigation easy and intuitive.
Define digital visual merchandising : product ordering, cross‑selling, recommendations, etc.
Ensure consistency between e‑commerce, physical retail and wholesale in terms of offer and calendar.
Website & landing pages management
Plan, create and update landing pages for campaigns, drops, collaborations, etc.
Coordinate with brand / creative teams to implement assets and messaging on the site.
Work across the full funnel (home, PLP, PDP, checkout) to improve conversion and average order value.
Conversion & performance
Analyse user behaviour and identify friction points (UX, navigation, speed, mobile, etc.).
Run A / B tests on layouts, messaging, pricing, bundles, etc.
Work closely with the marketing team on CRO plans, remarketing flows and driving qualified traffic.
Agency and partners management
Act as the main point of contact for performance marketing / SEO / web development agencies.
Align on monthly targets (sales, ROAS, CAC, etc.) and follow up on performance.
Challenge proposals and prioritise actions based on expected impact on sales and margin.
Analytics & reporting
Build and maintain digital business dashboards (traffic, conversion, AOV, churn, CAC, LTV…).
Deliver weekly and monthly reports with results, insights and proposed actions.
Measure the impact of campaigns, product launches and website changes on sales and profitability.
Digitalization projects
Lead or co‑lead digital transformation projects (integrations with retail, ERP, CRM, automation tools, etc.).
Identify opportunities to improve internal processes (stock, orders, pricing, content…) and propose digital solutions.
3–5 years of experience in
e‑commerce / digital
roles, ideally in DTC brands, fashion or retail.
Hands‑on experience managing an
owned e‑commerce
(Shopify or similar platforms).
Strong command of analytics tools (Google Analytics / GA4, Looker, Data Studio or similar).
Solid understanding of conversion funnels, CRO, basic UX and customer journey.
Experience coordinating agencies or external partners (performance, SEO, development, etc.).
Very hands‑on mindset : you’re happy to
go into the back office and make changes yourself
Analytical and business‑driven : you make decisions based on data, sales impact and margin.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple projects running in parallel.
High level of English is a plus (we work with international markets).
