Your Role

As the Inside Sales Representative (Dutch market) you will:

  • Manage and follow up inbound/outbound leads from Dutch-speaking prospects showing interest in premium automotive products.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while reinforcing premium brand value handling pricing queries and preferences with finesse.
  • Support the retail teams by gathering insights documenting interactions and aligning follow-up offers.
  • Maintain a structured and professional approach to each customer call and interaction ensuring continuity and quality.
  • Educate and inspire clients about the brands offering tailoring guidance to meet their individual high-end requirements.
What You Bring

Proficiency in Dutch and English is essential.

  • Minimum high-school diploma; business communications or automotive studies background preferred.
  • Experience (ideally 1-2 years) in sales or customer service luxury or automotive sectors are a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills especially when dealing with executive or discerning clientele.
  • Interest in the automotive industry and premium products with a structured professional approach to sales calls and documentation.
