Role Overview

Are you a sales-driven, customer-focused individual with a talent for building strong client relationships? Were hiring a Customer Service Sales Representative to join our Barcelona team, focusing on driving new business and reactivating existing clients. This role combines outbound sales, account management, and customer service, with a strong emphasis on achieving growth and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to new and lapsed customers, meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Build a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying prospects within target companies
  • Use advanced sales techniques to secure new client contacts, cross-sell, upsell, and close sales via phone
  • Collaborate with specialists and account managers, booking meetings to drive sales forward
  • Provide professional support, ensuring high client satisfaction and relaying feedback for ongoing improvements
  • Prepare tailored commercial and technical proposals for clients, delivering reliable solutions to their needs
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, prospecting, and follow-up communications
Requirements
  • Languages: C2-level Dutch (oral and written) and proficiency in English
  • Experience: 1+ year in B2B sales, preferably in an outbound environment; experience with channel sales is a plus
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and goal-oriented approach
  • Traits: Motivated self-starter with excellent customer care skills and a keen sense of initiative
