About the role

We're seeking a dynamic bilingual Inside Sales Representative who speaks Dutch and French to join an international sales team. You'll be responsible for driving sales through inbound and outbound channels, engaging prospects and clients, and supporting growth in multiple markets.

What you'll do

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails and chats in Dutch & French.
• Qualify leads, build relationships and convert prospects into clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimise offers and campaigns.
• Reach and exceed sales targets, actively contributing to sales growth.
• Provide market insights from Dutch & French speaking regions; identify trends and opportunities.

What you'll bring

• Native or fluent in Dutch and French, strong English (B2+).
• Previous experience in sales (inside sales, account management or similar).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; confident in a sales environment.
