A leading mobility technology company in Valladolid is seeking a Drivability Specialist to monitor and evaluate drivability and performance for powertrains. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in PWT calibration, excellent knowledge of powertrain performance, and teamwork skills. An engineering degree is required, and hybrid powertrain experience is a plus. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in PWT calibration or related topics.
• Hands-on experience with hybrid powertrains is ideal.
• Driving license required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and evaluate drivability and performance.
• Lead development convergence of gasoline and hybrid in drivability.
• Ensure cost reduction initiatives do not compromise performance.
