Sales and business relationships (B2B)

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the sales team, setting objectives and ensuring their fulfillment.
- Consolidate and expand the network of national and international distributors and stores.
- Negotiate and follow up with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities in international markets and exploring new sales channels.
Marketing and Communication
- Define the integrated strategy for B2B and B2C channels in coordination with the Marketing and Communications Leader.
- Monitor the actions and results of Marketing and Communication, through its leader.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international B2B sales, and at least 2 years in a similar commercial management position.
- Experience or solid knowledge in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Diploma in Business Administration or similar. If you have chosen another higher education qualification, you must complement it with a specialization in foreign trade.
- Proficiency in an ERP system and Excel skills are assumed.
- A very high level of professional English is essential.
- Spanish high level. French or German will be a plus.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, able to maintain focus when facing challenges, and possessing excellent interpersonal competences in international environments, negotiation skills.
- Availability to travel internationally on occasion.
- Driver´s license and own vehicle (location of the company requires it).
