This role entails leading multi-technology operations and driving major automation and digital transformation projects while ensuring FDA compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical operations and be fluent in Spanish and English. Operations Director – Pharma Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Production and Packaging at a fast-growing pharmaceutical site in expansion mode. This is a hands‑on leadership role with real scale and complexity: new lines, automation, digitalisation, and preparation for increased FDA‑regulated business.
• Lead multi‑technology operations (sterile liquids, solids, high‑containment), run a sizeable budget, and work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Projects to raise performance, modernise the site, and support long‑term growth.

Qualifications

• Solid GMP background; FDA experience a strong advantage
• Fluent Spanish and strong English
• Based in Spain or deeply embedded in the Spanish pharma landscape
