Formación

• At least 3 years experience in IT education or technical domain.
• Experience in supervising teams and coordinating external collaborators.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and accreditation processes is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and inspire both students and faculty.
• Provide pedagogical and technical support to students across all program areas.
• Recruit, manage, and coordinate external lecturers and teaching assistants.
• Lead and develop a team of pedagogical supervisors.

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication skills (Spanish and English)

Ability to work collaboratively with others

Passion for innovation and education

Educación

EPITECH Master’s degree (Bac+5) or a Software engineering degree
