They are looking for a skilled HR professional to take on the role of HR Business Partner for their European Supply Chain division, contributing to strategic HR initiatives across various industrial sites. The Successful Applicant
Education: A university degree in Law, Labor Relations, HR, or a related field is required. A Master's or Postgraduate degree in HR management is highly desirable.
Languages: A high level of English proficiency is required (both written and spoken). Additional European languages are an asset.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in a similar role (HR Director, Labor Relations Manager, HR Industrial Manager, or People Manager). Expertise in managing HR in matrix organizations, with a background in industrial or FMCG companies that operate multiple production sites. Extensive experience in labor relations and a strong track record of leading negotiations. Willingness to travel across Europe.
Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities. Ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders. Dynamic, positive attitude with agility to adapt to change. High level of accountability and commitment to driving results.
