DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER (RPA)

Multinational pharmaceutical company is looking for a Digital Project Manager who will lead the execution and implementation of digital transformation projects across the EMEA region, driving innovation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Manage end to end digital project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across EMEA to align project goals with business needs.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and blockers early, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates, dashboards, and presentations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Team Coordination: Foster collaboration among team members, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills in Spanish and English; digital technologies; proven expertise in implementing process automation tools and other digital technologies.
- Project Management Tools; experience using project management tools such as Asana, Jira or equivalent platforms.
- Advanced Office Skills; advanced-level use of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Business acumen; experience in developing business cases to justify implementations; proactiveness; ability to take initiative, anticipate challenges, and act decisively.
- Team Building Attitude; skilled in creating a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
- Adaptability; comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural environments with changing priorities. Problem solving; analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach to complex challenges.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; additional certifications in digital technologies, Agile, PMP, or Scrum are highly desirable.
- 5+ years of experience managing international digital projects, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Industry insight: familiarity with regulatory environment and digital trends in the pharma industry would be very valuable.
