We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our cross-functional agency team, reporting directly to the Connection / Omnichannel Strategy Lead. This role will be pivotal in coordinating, optimizing, and analyzing digital performance campaigns for a leading company in the automotive sector, involving high client exposure and international coordination.
The ideal candidate will combine a strong analytical mindset with deep expertise in digital platforms and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across local and global teams.
Analysis and performance optimization: Extracting insights, key learnings, and actionable recommendations to drive campaign performance.
Cross-functional coordination: Ensuring seamless alignment with multi-brand multimedia teams and global/international stakeholders.
Reporting and monitoring: Developing operational and executive reports tailored to various local and international audiences.
Client management: Supporting day‑to‑day client requests and needs by providing strategic vision, organization, and data‑driven recommendations.
Innovation and best practices: Driving improvements in measurement, automation, and methodologies, while ensuring the adoption of global standards.
Professional Experience: At least 5+ years in digital media, performance, or activation (media or digital agency background).
Technical Mastery: Strong command of digital tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio, programmatic platforms, Social Ads, and/or CRM/data activation).
Analytical Mindset: Insight-oriented profile with a focus on continuous improvement.
Global Coordination: Experience managing international accounts and cross‑market workflows (highly valued).
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent client‑facing skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
Language Skills: C1 English level (Advanced). Language proficiency will be evaluated by the Talent Team as part of the selection process.
