A dynamic FinTech company based in Las Palmas, Spain, is seeking a Media Buyer to lead paid campaigns across various social media platforms including Meta and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have fluency in both English and Spanish, with a strong background in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns. This is a freelancer position unless based in Estonia or the Canary Islands. If you're passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Formación

  • Proficient in managing paid ad campaigns across social media.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

  • Test and refine creatives and audiences through A/B testing.

  • Collaborate with affiliate marketing teams for strategical alignment.

This isn’t a “push bawah and report clicks” kind of role. You’ll get your hands dirty running real campaigns, learning the art (and science) of paid traffic, and directly seeing the results of your work. If you’re hungry, curious, and ready to grow, this is the place.

Tasks
  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (focus), TikTok, X, and other social media platforms.
  • Test and refine creatives, audiences, and placements through A/B testing to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Track performance metrics and turn data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Partner with our affiliate marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall strategy.
  • Stay on top of digital trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Spanish- any other languages are a big plus.
  • Solid experience managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, and more).
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing strategies, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Clear and confident communicator: able to present insights and strategies to the team.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Always curious and ready to test new ideas, tools, and approaches.
