Digital Marketing Account Manager (Danish)

Barcelona, hybrid.
Contract
Permanent Contract.
Remuneration
Base salary + performance bonus (up to €3,500 gross/year).
Responsibilities
- Engage with major clients across industries such as retail and travel to optimize their Google Ads campaigns and digital marketing strategies
- Provide consultative support offering tailored high‑impact solutions that meet each client’s marketing objectives
- Deliver data‑driven insights, actionable recommendations and long‑term strategic plans to enhance advertising performance and ROI
- Build and nurture strong value‑driven relationships with clients focusing on partnership and sustainable growth rather than short‑term fixes
- Conduct regular follow‑ups and performance reviews to ensure strategies are successfully implemented and continuously optimized
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and align Google Ads strategies to maximize impact and visibility
- Offer expert‑level guidance on advanced Google Ads tools and marketing concepts to help clients reach their full potential
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field or equivalent professional experience demonstrating marketing expertise
- Fluent in Danish and good command of English (written and spoken)
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or online advertising, ideally with exposure to large‑scale clients or high‑revenue industries
- Strong background in digital marketing and Google Ads with the ability to provide strategic consultative support to clients
- Deep understanding of marketing concepts, performance metrics and digital advertising strategies
- Mid/ Senior‑level professional with a proven ability to guide clients strategically and drive long‑term value
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative and relationship‑oriented approach
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Open‑minded, collaborative and emotionally intelligent with a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and improvement
