We’re looking for a Digital Content & Social Specialist to lead the planning, creation, and execution of compelling content across our digital ecosystem, with a strong focus on social media strategy, content management, and email marketing.

This role will play a key part in driving meaningful customer engagement and brand visibility by ensuring our content is aligned, consistent, and tailored for each platform. You’ll be responsible for developing and managing a robust social media calendar, producing and scheduling content, and actively analyzing performance to optimize future efforts.

While email marketing will remain a foundational part of your responsibilities, your scope will also include content planning and production across social media and other digital touchpoints. This involves writing platform-specific copy, repurposing content for multiple formats, and ensuring all messaging reflects our brand voice and objectives.

This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive, collaborative approach, working closely with internal teams to ensure our content strategy supports broader marketing initiatives and delivers a consistent customer experience across all channels

Key Responsibilities:

This role encompasses several key areas critical to the success of our marketing team, ensuring our team is equipped with the right tools, data, and processes to excel:

  • Content Development
  • Develop and execute content strategies across social media / blogs and web to drive engagement.
  • Collab with design, product and marketing team to create compelling content assets (including graphics, videos, pages).
  • Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent publishing across all our channels.
  • Craft compelling and brand-consistent email copy, and adapt content for various channels beyond email.
  • Ensure all content aligns with overall marketing goals/messaging and brand guidelines.
  • Present regular reports on content engagement and content effectiveness.
  • Email Campaign Management & Audience Segmentation
  • Design, build, and execute engaging email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and leverage the CRM for customer data insights.
  • Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies within the CRM
  • Manage email automation flows for lead nurturing and customer journeys.
  • Maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
  • Identify opportunities for personalized content delivery to specific segments.
  • Oversee A/B testing for continuous improvement of campaign effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 3 years of content marketing expertise including social media management
  • 1 year of experience in email marketing and CRM management.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a B2B environment (preferably within SaaS) is required.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling content across various channels.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle principles and customer engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing automation setup and optimization.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Experience with designing lead nurturing flows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with social media and pertinent channels for technical audiences, such as GitHub, X, Stack Overflow, and LinkedIn
  • Advanced certification in a leading CRM or Email Service Provider.
  • Demonstrated success in A/B testing and conversion optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate CRM data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with design tools for content creation.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and experience with designing lead nurturing flows
