Overview

Join our team as a Technology Advisor, where you'll collaborate and lead change management projects, applying formal change architectures and frameworks. You'll measure business outcomes, drive successful change adoption, and conduct data-driven analyses. Your role involves aligning stakeholders, assessing organizational readiness, and distributing timely information through effective communication strategies. You'll also design organizational structures to mitigate risks and develop strategic training plans. Lead complex projects, manage junior resources, and serve as the main customer contact.

  • Lead and manage change initiatives, aligning with strategic objectives.
  • Drive digital strategies, innovation design, benefits realization, experience strategy and Data, Analytics & AI Advisory.
  • Collaborate on change management projects using formal change architectures and frameworks.
  • Measure business outcomes, drive change adoption, and conduct data-driven analyses.
  • Align stakeholders, assess organizational readiness, and communicate timely information through effective strategies.
  • Design organizational structures to mitigate risks and develop strategic training plans.
  • Lead complex projects, manage junior resources, and serve as the main customer contact.
Qualifications / Skills
  • Advanced analytical skills in analyzing, disseminating and interpreting business models and financial reporting to provide valuable business insight and work alongside senior colleagues to support clients in shaping strategy and policy.
  • Ability to scope, plan and deliver projects to an agreed set of business requirements, cost, timescale and quality parameters.
  • Experience leading teams and directing the work of others in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to apply advanced or expert knowledge in relevant technology solutions and strong business operational acumen in the context of clients’ business.
  • Experience coordinating with work efforts on a variety of projects, which includes information gathering used to evaluate client business environments, economic factors.

  • Build market share and monetization for our digital technology advisory services practice.
  • Lead and manage project workstreams and organizational change initiatives
