We are seeking a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and support the growth of our digital marketing solutions in the Spanish market. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a key role in generating qualified sales pipelines and creating strong business opportunities.

This is a high-impact role where consultative selling meets fast-paced execution. If you enjoy turning cold outreach into meaningful conversations and thrive on building relationships with decision-makers, this position is for you.

Role Description

As an SDR, you will lead the initial stages of the sales cycle: identifying prospects, uncovering business challenges, and connecting them with the right digital solutions. You will engage directly with founders, CMOs, marketing leaders, and key stakeholders across SMBs, ensuring a seamless handoff to our Account Managers and Key Account Managers.

You will be the spark that gets deals moving—proactive, curious, and always ready to turn a “maybe” into a “yes.”

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, personalized seasoned, and multi‑channel outreachto promote our digital marketing products and services.
  • Identify business needs related to online visibility, customer acquisition, advertising performance, and digital growth.
  • Run structured discovery calls and assess customer challenges using frameworks such as SPIN or BANT.
  • Qualify leads and match them with the most relevant solutions and value propositions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records, including interaction history, insights, and follow‑up actions.
  • Develop targeted messaging strategies for business owners, marketing teams, and C‑level executives across various industries.
  • Identify key decision‑makers within target organizations and build strong, multi‑threaded relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Key Account Managers, and Marketing teams to align efforts and share market insights.
  • Meet and exceed pipeline generation targets and performance KPIs.
  • Language: Native or C2‑level Spanish; strong professional English (spoken and written).
  • Experience: 6–24 months in sales, outbound prospecting, or customer‑facing roles. Experience in digital marketing, advertising solutions, SaaS, or B2B services is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Sales Skills: Strong cold‑calling experience, ability to conduct discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and influence decision‑makers.
  • Soft Skills: Proactive, motivated, customer Extensive focused, and a strong team player. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. High emotional intelligence, adaptability, critical thinking, and a solution‑oriented mindset.
