Una firma internacional de consultoría busca un Ingeniero DevOps para unirse a su equipo en Ceuta, España. El candidato ideal tendrá al menos 7 años de experiencia en soluciones de infraestructura, así como un fuerte conocimiento de herramientas de CI/CD y plataformas en la nube. Formación

• 7 años de experiencia como Ingeniero DevOps en la implementación y mantenimiento de infraestructuras seguras.
• Experiencia sólida con herramientas como Azure DevOps y Jenkins.
• Conocimientos en plataformas en la nube como AWS y Azure.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar y gestionar pipelines de CI/CD para la entrega de software.
• Automatizar flujos de trabajo de despliegue.
• Mantener clusters de Kubernetes y OpenShift.
• Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo para optimizar el rendimiento del sistema.

What would you need?

• 7y experience DevOps Engineer in implementing, maintaining, and scaling secure, highly available infrastructure solutions
• Strong experience with CI / CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar
• In‑depth knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuration management, and automation frameworks
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and RedHat OpenShift
• Solid background in containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, OpenShift clusters)
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar for automation and operational tasks
• Experience in monitoring and logging systems to ensure system reliability and performance
• Familiarity with security best practices across the DevOps lifecycle
• Ability to collaborate effectively with development and operations teams to streamline delivery cycles
• Professional English, Spanish or French is a plus

What will you do?

• Design, create, deploy, and monitor CI / CD pipelines to support fast and reliable software delivery
• Automate deployment workflows and corporate‑level processes across multiple technology stacks
• Manage and maintain Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters, ensuring high availability and scalability
• Resolve conflicts in pull requests (PRs) and ensure code quality and integration efficiency
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize system performance, reliability, and deployment speed
• Implement and enforce security and compliance standards across infrastructure and pipelines
• Continuously improve DevOps practices by introducing automation, monitoring, and feedback loops
• Support incident resolution and contribute to system stability in production environments
