Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Solutions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the definition, testing, and development of software solutions. They will also work proactively to achieve the highest quality standards in our solutions by implementing robust testing and security controls.

As a key member of our team, the Business Solutions Specialist will be integral to the successful execution of Agile product development methodologies. They will analyze BAU issues to ensure consistent service levels are maintained, conduct detailed functional and technical testing to enhance application reliability, and participate in the definition of software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the definition, testing, and development of software solutions.
• Implement robust testing and security controls to achieve high quality standards.
• Ensure successful execution of Agile product development methodologies.
• Analyze BAU issues to maintain consistent service levels.
• Conduct detailed functional and technical testing to improve application reliability.
• Participate in the definition of software solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years as a Business Analyst, with at least 1–2 years on BAU teams for web applications
• Hands-on experience in agile development environments, supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of applications
• Expertise in functional and technical testing, including tools like Postman, JMeter, JUnit, or Mockito
• Strong experience in testing microservices, APIs, and utilizing Kafka for event streaming
• Proficiency with relational databases, including query execution and understanding of database relationships
• Familiarity with Control-M for batch process monitoring and execution
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like HP ALM
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Fluent in English
