We are seeking a dynamic professional with a strong background in data and/or technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for capturing and documenting business requirements, ensuring they are translated into effective solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Utilize structured best practice methodologies to understand business needs, benefits, and priorities.
2. Plan and lead requirements workshops to achieve objectives.
3. Capture and document business requirements in a structured format for our tech team and third-party providers.
4. Collaborate with in-house and client tech teams to design optimal solutions.
5. Assist in creating comprehensive test cases for solution validation.
6. Support development and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Manage review and approval of documented requirements, ensuring standards and alignment with tech outputs.
8. Lead various projects across different domains and complex scenarios.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Strong communication skills.
• Working knowledge of AI domain.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
