Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience in mobile marketing, expertise in SQL, and familiarity with mobile measurement partners.

Formación

At Prime Insights, we’re building one of the most powerful app ecosystems in the survey and reward space, and we’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our performance team.

We believe great marketing decisions start with great data. As our Data Analyst, you’ll transform complex data into clear, actionable insights—helping us drive strategy and accelerate growth. You’ll work closely with our Head of Growth & Data, who’s deeply involved in both analytics and marketing. Together, you’ll elevate our data operations and make a direct impact on the business.

We’re especially looking for someone with hands-on experience in the app business, with a deep understanding of user behavior, mobile attribution, and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch. If you thrive on turning data into performance improvements, we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and enhance Metabase dashboards: Build and refine dashboards and reports to support app and web marketing initiatives.
  • Advanced SQL analysis: Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries that power critical reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing: Translate marketing questions into robust data insights—covering ROAS, cohort LTV, attribution, channel efficiency, and more.
  • Lead attribution work: Analyze and improve attribution models across app and web, including SKAN, multi-touch, and probabilistic frameworks.
  • Work with MMP data: Integrate, validate, and analyze performance data from partners like AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Branch.
  • Support web analytics: Help drive performance reporting for web channels, leveraging tools like Google Analytics.
  • Identify and fix data gaps: Spot inconsistencies or missing data and propose scalable solutions across app and web analytics.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience as a data or business analyst, ideally in mobile marketing or app-based businesses.
  • Expertise in SQL-you’re confident with complex queries and performance tuning.
  • Experience with Metabase or similar BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong marketing analytics knowledge: ROAS, LTV, cohorting, user acquisition, and attribution.
  • Practical experience with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
  • Familiarity with SKAN and probabilistic attribution methods.
  • Solid understanding of web analytics and tools like Google Analytics.
  • A proactive, analytical mindset-you don’t just answer questions, you uncover opportunities.
